Hosted PBX
Hosted PBX is a service where the call platform and PBX features are hosted at the service provider location. The business end users connect via Internet to the provider for voice service.
Automatic Call Distribution (ACD)
ACD call system handles large volumes of incoming calls from callers who have to need to talk to a specific person but who require assistance from any of multiple persons at the earliest opportunity.

All incoming calls will be forwarded to pre-configured phone number

User may transfer a call to another extension
Call Recording
In Call Recording feature, all calls will be recorder to a particular extension or User may start recording a call during a conversation. Calls will be recorded on the cloud and could listened later
Call Queue
In Call Queue options, all calls will be put in a queue if the destination or destinations are busy. Caller will hear music and a message.
Conference Calling
Smart Phone Application
Users can install this application on their smart phones like Androids or iPhones and connect to their extensions or telephones. The smart phone will act as an extension of their phone number.
Fax to Email
User will be assigned a fax number. All faxes to that number will come to user’s email.
Email to Fax
Users may send a fax directly from their desktop or laptop computers.
Fax to Fax
Receive or send faxes from a fax machine.
Dial by Name
A caller will be directed to dial an extension by entering the first three letters of the recipient’s last or first name.
Call Park
User can put an ongoing call on hold and pick up from another extension.

Group Hunt
Hunt groups allow more than one destination to ring at once. Within a hunt group, destinations are arranged into levels. All destinations within a level are rung at once. The first destination to answer hears the caller, and the others stop ringing (unlike page groups). If no destinations answer, they stop ringing, all destinations in the next level are rung, and so on.
Local Conference
User can create a conference with other parties using the phone’s local conference feature. User can create a conference between an active call and a call on hold.
Network Conference
User can use this feature to conduct a conference with multiple participants
IVR
IVR menus present a menu to callers and invite them to press a key. It then forwards them to the destination you set for the key. Destinations can be other IVR menus, allowing multiple levels of menu.
Music on Hold
The caller will listen to music or a recording while on hold
Call Pickup
You can press a pickup key to answer someone else’s incoming call on the phone.
Anonymous Call
You can use anonymous call feature to block the identity and phone number from showing up to the called party.
Anonymous Call Rejection
You can use this feature to reject the incoming calls from anonymous callers.
Busy Lamp Field (BLF)
You can use the BLF feature to monitor a specific user for status changes on the phone.
BLF List
You can use the BLF List feature to monitor a list of users defined by your system administrator.
Shared Line
Shared Line is configured by assigning the same extension number to multiple lines.
Intercom
Intercom is a useful feature in an office environment to quickly connect with the operator or the secretary.
Multicast Paging
User can use multicast paging to quickly and easily forward time sensitive announcements out to people within the multicast group.
Short Message Service (SMS)
User can send and receive text messages.
Ring Tones
User can set different ring tones to distinguish the accounts or to distinguish their phone from their neighbor’s.
Local Directory
The built-in phone directory stores the name and phone numbers of up to 300 contacts.
Blacklist
The built-in phone directory stores the names and phone numbers of the black list
Call History Management
The phone maintains call history of Dialed, Received, Missed, and Forwarded calls
Programmable Keys
You can program keys on your phone to perform certain tasks like speed dial.
Block Out
You can block the dialing of certain numbers

Call Mute
You can mute the microphone of the active audio device during an active call, then the other party cannot hear you.

You can place an active call on hold and then resume it.

If DND mode is enabled, then all incoming calls are rejected
